The Sourcing Coordinator researches, identifies, and qualifies new and current vendors that enable Casella to manage customer’s waste streams in a cost-effective way.
The Client Services Representative communicates with commercial and large industrial companies across the United States and Canada, building relationships, while managing the facilities waste and biproducts into various outlets. The individual understands their dedicated accounts business and assist in determining which of our waste and recycling services will create the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

The Market Area Controller develops budgets for divisional consideration by region leadership, oversees and directs accounting operations within a few cost centers under multiple divisions of Casella.
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing a group of customers (accounts) within a specified market area. The person in this role must develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs while helping customers get the most out of the existing services they have purchased and increasing revenue by introducing an account contact to new products or services.
The Heavy Equipment Technician performs repairs and preventative maintenance and corrections on heavy equipment, compact heavy equipment, light service equipment, and light trucks. Typical repairs include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance inspections, hydraulic, fuel, exhaust, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and emission systems.
The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.
The Business Development Manager cultivates business growth opportunities in new and existing markets by conducting and effectively analyzing market research, creating professional and strategic networking opportunities, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and expand the reach of our business.
The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the landfill for the purpose of transferring, spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment including backhoes, forklifts, graders, tractors, and front-end loaders.
Hiring Range: From $18.00-$23.00 per hour

The incumbent will have an increasing level of responsibility with an increase of experience and expertise.
The Forklift Operator operates and manages movement of materials to ensure a clean, organized facility, respects forklift safety criteria and fulfills production needs.

The Environmental Compliance Intern works with the Permits, Compliance, & Engineering (PC&E) team to support air/waste/water permitting, engineering construction, and environmental compliance projects. The successful candidate will apply engineering principles to prepare technical reports, review engineering designs, collect environmental samples, observe and document field activities, and compile and analyze data.
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting and/or baling recycled materials in an efficient and safe manner including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators.
