The Director of Landfill Sales is responsible for developing and overseeing sustainable growth of Casella’s disposal sales strategy in support of region and disposal operations teams. The incumbent is also responsible for collaborating with Casella’s Special Waste team for the technical review of waste characterization profile information and confirming approval of applicable waste streams. The role delivers volume and economic value in support of our disposal facilities and guides the strategy for landfill sales execution.

The Director of Special Waste is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal special waste approvals team, and ensuring that the administrative and technical approvals of waste materials for processing/disposal are compliant with environmental regulations as well as permit requirements.

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the Transfer Station for the purpose of transferring and loading materials in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of yellow iron equipment.   The starting pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.   Hiring Day Rate: $300.00 a day.
